Overlooking Lake Geneva, above the city of Montreux in Switzerland, the Caux Conference and Seminar Centre offers an inspiring setting that allows you to gain perspective and offers a venue that encourages fruitful exchanges.

We offer the following options for your meeting, workshop or retreat:

• A Summer Package (valid from 25 June to 31 July 2024) for groups (25 – 250 guests).
• A year-round offer for the exclusive rental of Villa Maria for groups (15 – 30 guests).

Summer Package

• Valid from 25 June to 31 July 2024
• For groups of 25 to 250 people
• Minimum length of stay 2 nights
• The Caux Palace can be either booked exclusively or for smaller groups in community use with other groups
• City taxes are give access to Riviera Card discounts, including free public transport to and from Montreux

• Accommodation in the Caux Palace
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner (buffet-style with coffee and tea)
• 2 half days’ use of our equipped meeting spaces (incl. WIFI)
• 1 coffee break and 1 afternoon tea break

We offer three different room categories:

• Standard Twin Rooms
• Standard Single Rooms
• Premium Rooms

All our rooms offer a private bathroom with shower/bath and toilet and a balcony with wonderful views across the Alps and Lake Geneva.

Villa Maria Full Day Meeting Package

• Exclusive use of the Villa Maria
• Equipped meeting spaces (incl. WIFI)
• Lunch, dinner and coffee breaks
• All-day refreshment corner

You would like to add an overnight stay?

• Accommodation in the Caux Palace (25 rooms available)
• Accommodation in the Villa Maria (six rooms available)

Villa Maria Year-Round Offers

• For groups of 15 to 30 people
• The Villa Maria can be booked for day use as well as with overnight stay
• City taxes are give access to Riviera Card discounts, including free public transport to and from Montreux
