At Caux Initiatives of Change, we take pride in providing a safe and judgment-free space for everyone. Recently, our team underwent training on the Aretha Charter—a well-defined code of conduct for events and work places.
The Aretha Charter is a symbolic prevention tool available in French-speaking Switzerland since January 2019.
Signing the charter means we are taking a stand against discriminatory behaviour and aim to create a welcoming and safe environment for everyone on our premises.
This reinforces our commitment to upholding values that create an environment of care and respect.
