We are happy to announce that the Caux Conference and Seminar Center is open. We have put all the required safety measures into place and continue to carefully monitor the situation, adapting our safety protocols where necessary.

The guided Historical Tours of the Caux Palace have been cancelled for the time being. We look forward to re-opening the Historical House Tours when it is the right time to do so.

Our offices for reservations and events are open during normal business hours (Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm).

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Our cancellation policies have been adapted to the exceptional situation (More information below).

 

PAYMENT POLICY 

(valid from 19.3.2020 until further notice due to COVID-19)

In order to confirm your booking, we will ask for a 25% deposit from the total amount quoted on reservation. This payment will be due 30 days prior to your arrival.

The remaining balance, including all extra charges and supplements, will be invoiced at the end of your stay. This final invoice is to be paid within 30 days via bank transfer.

Individual (as opposed to business) invoices need to be settled prior to the guest’s departure (via bank transfer, cash CHF/Euro/USD or credit / debit card). Thank you for your understanding.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

(valid from 19.3.2020 until further notice due to COVID-19)

We are currently accepting tentative reservations free of charge for 2020 up until 30 days prior to the event.

Reservations are confirmed 30 days prior to arrival when a deposit payment of 25% of the total invoice is required.

In case of a cancellation of the entire event less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit of 25% will not be refunded but retained to be used for the event taking place for an alternative date at your convenience in 2020.

 

  • If our guests are not able to postpone the event within 2020, the deposit payment will be lost.
  • If the Conference and Seminar Center is not able to offer adequate alternative dates, the deposit can be either moved into the year 2021 or be refunded.
